We do not accept return / refunds unless the product is damaged in transit or if a wrong item was sent to you.
Damaged goods are eligible for refund / replacements only when the original unboxing video is provided as proof within 3 days from the date of delivery. Share the video with us on our Instagram DM @hibagifting or email to hibagifting@gmail.com stating your name and order number.
The following are not eligible for refunds / replacements:

- Downloadable / Digital Files
Our policy lasts only 3 days from the time of delivery. If the aforementioned time has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
